By using AmericanElectionHQ, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
AmericanElectionHQ is a public opinion platform. You may browse races, participate in polls, and share results. You may not:
Our polls are opt-in public sentiment surveys. They are not scientific probability samples, not affiliated with any official election, and do not affect actual election outcomes. Results represent the preferences of self-selected participants who chose to engage with a race on this platform. By participating, you acknowledge this limitation.
You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intent as a civic opinion tool. Abuse of the platform — including manipulation of results, harassment of other participants or our team, or attempts to disrupt platform operations — may result in your responses being removed and your access blocked.
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate information about candidates, races, and election dates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Election data changes frequently, and errors may occur. Do not rely solely on this platform for official election information — consult your state or local election authority.
AmericanElectionHQ is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the availability, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on poll results for any decision-making purpose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These terms apply to SMS and text message communications from AmericanElectionHQ.
AmericanElectionHQ may send you SMS text messages containing election alerts, race results, platform updates, and other civic information. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You opt in to SMS communications by providing your phone number during the poll flow and completing your submission, or by subscribing through the platform's subscribe form and explicitly consenting to SMS.
Reply STOP to any text message from us to opt out of future messages. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will not receive further SMS messages from AmericanElectionHQ unless you re-subscribe.
Reply HELP to any message for help. You may also contact us at privacy@americanelectionhq.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you requested supporter actions for a candidate campaign, those communications are governed by the campaign's own messaging terms, not ours.

AmericanElectionHQ is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This includes providing:
We are in the process of conducting a full accessibility audit of the platform. Some areas — particularly interactive poll components and data visualizations — may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps.
Poll result visualizations (horizontal bar charts) currently convey information visually. We are working to add text-based alternatives for screen reader users. Some dynamic interactions (tab components, dropdowns) may have incomplete ARIA labeling. We will update this section as improvements are implemented.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our platform, we want to know. Contact us at accessibility@americanelectionhq.com with a description of the issue, the page or feature affected, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We will respond within five business days.
If a platform feature is inaccessible to you and prevents you from participating in a poll or accessing results, contact us at accessibility@americanelectionhq.com and we will work to provide the information in an alternative format.
